Las reglas, en corto
Chinola es una herramienta para llevar tus cuentas. Al crear una cuenta aceptas estas condiciones. Están escritas para leerse.

Resumen honesto: tus datos son tuyos y puedes llevártelos o borrarlos cuando quieras. El programa es nuestro y no se copia. No damos consejo financiero ni garantizamos que tus números estén bien: eso lo pones tú.
1. Quién presta el servicio
Chinola es una aplicación publicada por FENTE, en chinola.fente.com.do. Contacto: soporte@fente.com.do.
2. Tu cuenta
- Necesitas una cuenta y un correo válido. Debes tener al menos 13 años, y si eres menor de edad, contar con el permiso de tus padres o tutores.
- Los datos que registres deben ser tuyos o tener permiso para tratarlos.
- Tu contraseña es tu responsabilidad. Si sospechas que alguien entró, cámbiala y cierra las demás sesiones desde Ajustes → Seguridad.
- Una cuenta es para una persona. Para compartir, están las libretas con permisos.
3. Lo que puedes hacer
Usar Chinola para llevar tus finanzas personales, familiares o de tu negocio, e invitar a quien quieras a tus libretas con el permiso que decidas. Te concedemos una licencia personal, limitada, revocable, no exclusiva y no transferible para ello, y para nada más.
4. Lo que no puedes hacer
- Copiar, reproducir, descargar, distribuir o publicar el programa o cualquier parte de él.
- Modificarlo, traducirlo o crear obras derivadas.
- Someterlo a ingeniería inversa, descompilarlo o desensamblarlo, salvo en la medida imperativa que permita la ley.
- Revenderlo, sublicenciarlo, alquilarlo o incorporarlo a otro producto.
- Extraer datos de forma automatizada (scraping), sobrecargar el servicio o intentar acceder a cuentas ajenas.
- Usarlo para nada ilícito, ni para blanquear capitales, ni para almacenar datos obtenidos ilegalmente.
Que el código de una aplicación web pueda leerse en el navegador no lo convierte en código libre ni implica renuncia a ningún derecho.
5. De quién es cada cosa
Tuyo: todo lo que registras. Tus movimientos, tus cuentas, tus categorías y tus metas siguen siendo tuyos. Solo nos concedes el permiso técnico imprescindible para almacenarlos, sincronizarlos entre tus dispositivos y mostrárselos a quien tú invites.
Nuestro: el programa, su código, su diseño, sus textos, sus ilustraciones, el personaje y las marcas «FENTE» y «Chinola». Están protegidos por la Ley 65-00 sobre Derecho de Autor de la República Dominicana y por los tratados internacionales aplicables, entre ellos el Convenio de Berna. Todos los derechos reservados.
6. Esto no es asesoría financiera
Chinola muestra y organiza los números que tú escribes. No es un banco, ni un contable, ni un asesor de inversiones, y sus resúmenes, proyecciones y avisos son orientativos. No los uses como única base para decisiones financieras, fiscales o legales; para eso consulta a un profesional.
7. Disponibilidad y respaldos
Hacemos lo razonable para que el servicio esté disponible, pero puede haber interrupciones por mantenimiento, fallos o causas ajenas. Guarda tus propios respaldos: puedes exportar cada libreta a CSV desde Ajustes → Datos. No garantizamos la recuperación de datos perdidos.
8. Sin garantías y límite de responsabilidad
El servicio se presta «tal cual», sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la medida que permita la ley, FENTE no responde por daños indirectos, pérdida de beneficios, pérdida de datos ni decisiones tomadas a partir de la información mostrada.
9. Suspensión y cierre
Puedes cerrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde Ajustes → Datos. Podemos suspenderla si incumples estas condiciones, si pones en riesgo el servicio o a otras personas, o si la ley lo exige; salvo urgencia, avisaremos antes por correo.
10. Cambios
El servicio evoluciona y estas condiciones pueden cambiar. Si el cambio es relevante lo avisaremos dentro de la app o por correo antes de que surta efecto. Seguir usando Chinola después implica aceptarlo.
11. Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por las leyes de la República Dominicana. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los tribunales del Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo, sin perjuicio de los derechos que la ley reconozca a los consumidores.

Honest summary: your data is yours and you can take it or delete it whenever you want. The software is ours and may not be copied. We give no financial advice and do not guarantee your numbers are right — that part is on you.
1. Who provides the service
Chinola is published by FENTE at chinola.fente.com.do. Contact: support@fente.com.do.
2. Your account
- You need an account and a valid email. You must be at least 13, and if you are a minor, have your parents' or guardians' permission.
- The data you record must be yours or you must be allowed to process it.
- Your password is your responsibility. If you suspect someone got in, change it and close the other sessions from Settings → Security.
- One account is for one person. To share, use books with permissions.
3. What you may do
Use Chinola for your personal, family or business finances, and invite anyone to your books with the permission you choose. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for that, and nothing else.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, reproduce, download, distribute or publish the software or any part of it.
- Modify, translate it or create derivative works.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except as mandatory law allows.
- Resell, sublicense, rent it or build it into another product.
- Scrape it, overload the service or try to reach other people's accounts.
- Use it for anything unlawful, for money laundering, or to store illegally obtained data.
The fact that a web application's code can be read in a browser does not make it open source and waives no rights.
5. Who owns what
Yours: everything you record. Your transactions, accounts, categories and goals remain yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store them, sync them across your devices and show them to whoever you invite.
Ours: the software, its code, design, texts, illustrations, the character, and the "FENTE" and "Chinola" marks. Protected by Dominican Republic Copyright Law 65-00 and applicable international treaties, including the Berne Convention. All rights reserved.
6. This is not financial advice
Chinola displays and organises the numbers you type. It is not a bank, an accountant or an investment adviser, and its summaries, projections and alerts are indicative only. Do not use them as the sole basis for financial, tax or legal decisions; consult a professional for that.
7. Availability and backups
We do what is reasonable to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions. Keep your own backups: you can export every book to CSV from Settings → Data. We do not guarantee recovery of lost data.
8. No warranties, limited liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, FENTE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data or decisions made from the information shown.
9. Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Data. We may suspend it if you break these terms, put the service or other people at risk, or if the law requires it; except in urgent cases we will warn you by email first.
10. Changes
The service evolves and these terms may change. If a change is material we will announce it in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Chinola afterwards means accepting it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by law.
